Good for Business

1.1 A subscriber to MakeGood Technologies, Inc. ("MakeGood") is herein defined as a "Member."
1.2 The MakeGood website and its contents (e.g. graphics, text, logo, coding, etc) are and remain the property of "MakeGood" at all.
1.3 By subscribing to the services of MakeGood, the Member receives the right to use the property of MakeGood in the manner defined herein.
In order to use MakeGood Tools and Services, the Member hereby agrees to the MakeGood Charter and process payment terms ("Terms"). The Member may not use MakeGood Tools and Services if they do not accept the Terms.
1.4 The Member may not post any offensive content to their MakeGood profile. All content manually updated to the MakeGood Profile is the sole responsibility of the Member and not MakeGood. The ownership of false claims appearing on the MakeGood Profile is the responsibility of the Member.
1.5 MakeGood has the authority to decline service for any reason. If a membership has been purchased and fraudulent claims or offensive content are being posted on the MakeGood Profile, MakeGood has the authority to cancel a Member’s Profile and Membership. There will be no reimbursement of Membership fee.
1.6 The act of becoming a Member of MakeGood signifies an understanding of and agreement with all the terms of the Terms.

3.1 The subscription fee for any membership package is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. MakeGood will notify the Member 30 days prior to the expiration of the annual subscription. In the event that a Member chooses not to renew membership, the Member is responsible for removing all MakeGood content from its website or any other company-related material effective no later than the day of expiry.
3.2 Any MakeGood content that remains on the website or any other company-related material will be deemed to be a renewal of an annual subscription and MakeGood will then invoice the Member for a subsequent annual membership renewal in the same category as acquired in the previous annual period.
