Audley, Patrick, Advisor, Web Strategy – Patrick is a key web strategist with Cambrian House and brings a wide range of experience in internet security and privacy technologies and programming. Patrick has developed skills in designing and implementing PKI, Deep firewall and IDS, and can perform advanced security audits for many platforms and networks. Patrick worked at Group Telecom as Manager of PKI development, and as Senior Ecommerce Architect/Designer. While there, he guided the operations of GT’s PKI, acted in a business development role for PKI opportunities and maintained continuous involvement in application development and maintenance. He has also designed and supervised the construction of two high-security PKI vaults, and coordinated a national audit of GT’s networks, systems, and physical security, encompassing over 2000 systems, 1000 networks, 3 autonomous routing domains, and 16 cities. Patrick has been published, and has applied for patents for two separate secure online systems. Patrick is fluent in 5 programming languages including C++, Perl, and SQL, and is proficient in many others. He will be a vital driving force in the improvement and architecture of the crowdsourcing-based Chaordix Operating System.

Bailey, Stephen, Advisor, Marketing & Communications - Born to nomadic parents, Stephen was forced into marketing at an early age. After starting a number of promising entrepreneurial projects before and during his undergrad, Stephen graduated from the University of Victoria with a double Major in Psychology and Philosophy - as a logical next step he then completed his MBA at McGill University in Montréal. Upon returning to sunny Vancouver, Stephen took a position at Cossette Communications and worked on the Nintendo Canada, Bell Canada and MTS accounts. Having been a “Fluevoger” for several years at that point, when the opportunity arose, Stephen jumped at the chance to tell the world about John Fluevog's “unique soles for unique souls”.Stephen is presently VP, Marketing & Communications at Fluevog Shoes Ltd., whose web site has been cited as one of the ten leading crowdsoucing sites on line. Goossen, Richard (Rick) J., Founder & CEO – Rick has focused on entrepreneurial strategy and finance for over 20 years. He has been a director, officer, advisor and shareholder of a number of companies in the following businesses: financial services product; pharmaceuticals, medical device technology; wireless internet; IT training & online education; online travel and loyalty programs, e-business systems integration, computer hardware distribution, application service provider, software development, resource and mining, property development and management consulting. Rick previously worked in Hong Kong for five years, with the largest law firm (Johnson, Stokes & Master) and a leading merchant bank (Hambro Pacific). With respect to professional credentials, Rick was admitted as Barrister and Solicitor of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, 1987 and voluntarily withdrew his membership in 1993 to focus entirely on entrepreneurial pursuits. As well, he is the Director of Entrepreneurial Leadership, Transforming Business, University of Cambridge, UK (www.transformingbusiness.net). He has served on the boards of a small college and intermediate health care facilities and has provided pro bono consulting for a number of charities. Rick’s education includes the following: a Ph.D. from Middlesex University, London, UK; a Masters of Law (LL.M.) from Columbia University, New York City; a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from McGill University, Montreal; and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) (Hons.) (First Class) from Simon Fraser University, Vancouver. He has written 5 books, edited 5 books and written about 150 articles. Healy, Jame, Advisor – Trained originally in finance and economics, Jame has developed a reputation for building world-class teams known for delivering large and complex solutions using niche and specialised skills. Ho, Lawrence, Advisor, Philanthropic Relations - Lawrence is a Chinese-Canadian attorney based in Vancouver, BC. He is qualified as a lawyer in British Columbia and Ontario. Since 1995, Lawrence has served families and corporate foundations as Philanthropic Counsel in their grant-making activities. Kaulius, Eugene, Advisor – Eugene has extensive experience as an upper-level executive. He was previously VP – Finance with Samoth Financial Corp., a company founded by high-profile entrepreneur, Peter Thomas. He is presently CEO of The British Group, and is involved in real estate financing in Canada and the US. Eugene also is an advisor to Opportunities International, a charity involved in microfinance lending in Third World countries. Eugene is a Chartered Accountant by profession.

Kuipers, Shelley, Advisor - Shelley has a long track record in startups. She co-founded Stormworks, a software development and online marketing firm, in 2000. The company began as a member of the Launchworks group - a series of companies established to incubate technology companies. In the Spring of 2002, Stormworks was acquired by Solium Capital Inc, a publicly-traded financial software company that grew considerably following the merger of the two businesses. Also in 2002, she co-founded Material Insight, a network of growth agents for technology. She also cofounded Adventure Capital, a specialized venture capital firm investing in early-stage technology companies in 2006. Shelley became President of Cambrian House in February 2007, serving on its Board of Directors before joining the internal team. Shelley’s career began in the petroleum sector. She led recruiting, consulting and support services for 10 years at Merak Projects, her first start-up, a provider of valuation and management software for the petroleum industry. Shelley joined Merak in 1990 and went on to recruit 60 per cent of the company’s 250 people, a key asset in the valuation that led to its acquisition by Schlumberger in 1999. Shelley’s education includes a diploma from SAIT in Petroleum Technology (1987). Shelley is an investor in several companies, some of which include Cambrian House Inc., Tynt Inc., Curve Dental Inc., Evoco Inc., Solium Capital Inc. and Medgate.

Lee, Mark A., Advisor – is the Director of the MBA Program at Trinity Western University. He is a senior executive and professor with a unique combination of advanced training in both finance and human resource management, coupled with experience in academic, non-profit, and entrepreneurial environments. He is gifted at seeing the big picture and its implications for the organization, defining a strategy, then communicating this vision to all levels of the organization. Malloch, Theodore Roosevelt, Advisor - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Roosevelt Group, a leading strategic advisory and thought leadership company. He is a Research Professor at Yale University. Dr. Malloch has served on the executive board of the World Economic Forum, which hosts the renowned Davos annual meeting in Switzerland. Neumann, Shawn, Advisor, Technology - Shawn is the founder and President of Domain7 Solutions and was included in Business in Vancouver’s “Forty Under Forty” listing. He has focused on building Domain7 from 1996 to the present. Shawn has been a Director of Envision Financial Corp. (and its predecessor), with $3.4 billion in assets under administration, since 1998 and has chaired and served on various sub-committees.
